To show our appreciation for all your hard work at Americade, MANYS is once again offering to the Staff and Volunteers of TourExpo/Americade, an opportunity to take the ERC on Sunday, June 10th. This class is not open nor available to the general public. Additionally, you do not have to pay the $50 refundable deposit that registered attendees are required to do. The course is held on top of Prospect Mountain and will commence at Noon on Sunday, June 11th right after your big breakfast bash. We conduct the ERC rain or shine so be prepared for changing weather conditions. Additionally, the course runs about 6 or 7 hours (give or take) depending on many variables. If you have far to travel to get back home, you might consider keeping your hotel room or camping space an extra night. To participate, you must be licensed to operate a motorcycle and must provide a motorcycle which is legally registered, insured, and inspected. In addition, you must wear appropriate riding gear to include, over-the-ankle leather foot wear, long pants, long sleeve shirt and/or jacket, full-fingered gloves, approved eye protection and a DOT approved motorcycle helmet. Please note that passengers are allowed to participate in this course, however, they must be attired the same as the operator. This course is limited.
